Job Opportunity
As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals.
This involves working closely with our team to ensure all deadlines are met and the submission process runs smoothly.
* Develop comprehensive bids with the sales team.
* Record meeting minutes, notes, and actions for successful bids.
* Coordinate and complete RFP, RFI documentation, including security questionnaires, to facilitate successful bids.
* Manage bid schedules, timelines, and action trackers to ensure deliverables are met.
* Develop bid coordination documentation and prepare forms.
* Work with our solution engineering team to create sales support documentation.
* Maintain a central library of reusable bid content, standard responses, and technical collateral.
* Track submitted bids and work with our team on post-submission clarifications and feedback.
* Develop content for bids and tenders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years' experience in bid coordination within the IT or software industry.
* Understanding of common IT terminology.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing and concurrent bids under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
* Experience with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
