Job Description
The Payroll Test Analyst is responsible for designing, developing and executing comprehensive test strategies to ensure that the Workday software application meets business requirements and quality standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with developers, business analysts and stakeholders to identify issues and improve the quality of deliverables.
This position involves analyzing technical documentation to design thorough test cases, developing and executing manual and automated test scripts across Workday modules, including end-to-end payroll testing using DevOps tools. It also includes performing various types of tests—functional, regression, integration, UAT—and collaborating with teams to resolve issues while maintaining adherence to QA standards.
