The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Processing Manager and supported by the RTFE for Australia, you’ll ensure top-tier safety, compliance, and operational excellence across the full lifecycle of our Tailings Storage Facilities.

What You’ll Do
Support safe, effective tailings operations by assisting the Processing Manager and RTFE, conducting inspections and monitoring, and ensuring compliance with design intent, regulations, and TSF performance objectives.Drive operational execution through hands-on support in implementing strategies, resolving daily TSF challenges, managing risks, maintaining critical controls, and upholding environmental and QA/QC standards.Strengthen technical governance by contributing to tender and construction documentation, and maintaining strong, coordinated communication with the Engineer of Record (EoR).Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in civil or Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.Extensive displayed experience in project, civil or geotechnical engineering.Experience coordinating engineering projects, site investigations, mining-related construction and commissioning projects.Working knowledge of the Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management (GISTM).
