About the role
Reporting to the Client Services Supervisor, your role will include the following:
* Efficient communication with all clients
* Provide logistics solutions
* Create, confirm and send orders
* Ad hoc quoting, invoicing queries and escalations
* Attend new business implementation meetings to facilitate client onboarding, setups and introductions
* Travel may be required locally and interstate on an ad hoc basis
About you
You will be an experienced freight forwarding consultant with the following skills:
* Minimum 1 year experience in freight forwarding
* Exceptional customer service experience (over the phone and face to face)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively
