In this role, you will use your skills in customer support and order management that will be valued and honed. Our client is a forward-thinking company that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and efficient order processing Key Points Monday to Friday 830am - 430pm Salary $65k Super Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to assist customers through the order process. Manage and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely processing, updates, and follow-ups. Collaborate directly with the warehouse team to prioritize and expedite urgent orders. Process and oversee approximately 50-80 customer orders daily. Ensure order accuracy and authorise invoices post-picking, coordinating with other teams who handle direct invoicing tasks.
