Job Description
We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction-related projects on site, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications.
The Site Engineer will oversee daily site activities, including workforce supervision, resource allocation, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or equivalent experience, and proven experience working on construction or infrastructure projects.
A current Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card or equivalent) is required, as well as the ability to undergo a medical assessment.

Key Accountabilities
* Ensure project execution according to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

* Monitor work to ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project quality requirements.
* Act as a point of contact between clients, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
* Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards.
