Your Role as a Casual Educator:
You will be a flexible, team-oriented professional supporting our centres and children as needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures enriching and responsive learning experiences for every child.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute actively to the education program and team
* Engage and supervise children at all times
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and staff
* Build positive relationships with children and families
* Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies
* Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
