Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading youth mental health service to help them find a Clinical Lead to join their headspace Darwin & Palmerston team.
About this role:
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced mental health clinician to oversee clinical service delivery across two busy headspace centres.
You will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based mental health services to young people aged 12–25. Alongside leadership responsibilities, you will also maintain a small clinical caseload, ensuring high-quality, youth-friendly and culturally safe care.

* Competitive salary circa $105K + super + salary packaging
* Full-time permanent role
* Based primarily in Darwin with some cross-site work (Palmerston)

Some of the key responsibilities of your position are:
* Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentoring to staff
* Support intake, clinical decision making, and service delivery
* Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapeutic interventions
* Manage referrals, waitlists, and service flow
* Ensure culturally safe and youth-friendly service delivery
* Contribute to quality improvement, audits, and accreditation processes
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

To be eligible for this position you must:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing
* Registration with AHPRA or AASW
* Minimum 5+ years clinical experience
* Demonstrated leadership and supervision experience
* Experience working in youth mental health (desirable)
* Working With Children Check, Police Check, and Driver's Licence
