About the role
We are seeking a committed Commercial Solutions Specialist for WA with a successful track record in direct commercial market interaction and engagement within both the OPE & Power Tool industries and trades.
Reporting to the Commercial Solutions Manager, the successful applicant will play a vital role in further developing brand awareness and demand within the OPE & Power Tool commercial market by providing best class execution with market engagement and event management. Your role will extend in executing internal and external sales & marketing commercial market strategies to drive new business and new opportunities.
What you'll be doing
* Effectively present and sell the FLEX Power Tools & EGO OPE advantage to commercial users.
* Identify and develop a plan to convert strategic (large) commercial users in the Power Tool markets as well as the OPE commercial industry.
* Execute joint end user calls with Dealer sales staff.
* Deliver institutional training programs and work with state industry representative bodies and other associations as directed.
* Be a product and application expert for Chervon's breadth of line in Battery Tool Systems & Accessories.
* Know your competition and our strengths to compete.
* Operate within the established budget guidelines.
* Conducting trade nights, training, joint customer calls, compliance training, TAFE calls, events and promos (assisted with Account Executive's) targeting trade specific activity.
* Drive CUP (Commercial User Program) - Demonstrations, Formal training.
Other key areas of responsibility will include:
* Achievement of company set conversion goals and budgets
* Expense Control
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships both externally and internally
* Plan an itinerary of market calls, and drive brand awareness into designated territories
* Update CRM Tool after each call on business call outcomes and related selling/marketing activities
* Monitor competitive activity and report back to the Sales & Marketing teams
* Promote products by demonstration and instruction in their use
* Answer questions of a routine nature concerning products and manage commercial market for after sales requirements
* Ensuring call cycles and service levels are operating at the highest standard in the industry
What we're looking for
* Demonstrated successful track record of commercial engagement to drive brand awareness and demand within the Power Tool and Outdoor Power Equipment industries and trades preferred.
