About the role
We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the General Manager WA, this role provides efficient and superior administrative support to the state Leadership team.
**Responsibilities**:
Manage GM and other leadership team members diaries, ensuring efficient coordination and supporting productive time management across the team where possible
Support the GM with the provision and collation of regular documentation and packs for leadership meetings and other management reporting requirements
Travel and accommodation arrangements to meet the leadership team needs and in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures;
Process invoices, code and reconcile payments/expenses accurately and within monthly deadlines;
Organise functions and events for internal and external parties.
Answering reception calls and ensuring appropriate level of action and follow up, escalating as appropriate
Greeting visitors at the office including clients, contractors and staff
About you
Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
Are smart, resourceful, forward-thinking and embrace technology
Have a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration
Have some experience in managing diaries and communications for senior leaders
Are a technically skilled and knowledgeable administrative professional with 3 to 5 years relevant experience
Have a strong work ethic and coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptability
Bring advanced skills in Microsoft Office with high attention to detail
Demonstrate high-quality communication skills
Work effectively under pressure with the ability to manage multiple demands.
Have previous experience working in agriculture is highly desirable
