Position/Role
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for proactively managing both inbound and outbound leads generated through the company's marketing channels and external sources. This role requires representing the business professionally to prospective buyers, managing the sales journey from initial enquiry through to contract execution and settlement.
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver a seamless and high‑quality client experience, foster long‑term relationships, and uphold the company's standards of service and communication throughout all stages of the transaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the entire sales process from lead to contract signing, providing a personalised and consultative experience
* Maintain accurate records and follow up all the leads promptly
* Present product features, floorplans, and lifestyle benefits tailored to customer needs
* Provide regular reporting and feedback on sales performance and market activity
* Work collaboratively with marketing to optimise lead generation and campaign performance. Also manage company social media presence
* Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and stakeholders
About you
* 5+ years of experience as a real estate sales consultant
* Commercial real estate sales experience is required
* Demonstrated experience in ability to close the sales and achieve targets
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Availability to work on weekends and travel to sites as required
* Strong negotiation with a consultative sales approach
* Comprehensive knowledge of Melbourne's commercial property market is required
* Self‑motivated and organised with strong attention to detail
* Victorian real estate licence is required at application
* Valid Australian work rights are required
* Working with a reputable developer, with a strong and steady pipeline of projects
Salary: $80,000 - 100,000 + super per year | Commissions: up to $350K
