We are looking for a Senior Art Director to join our creative team in the Sydney office. Your work will drive continuous impact on our clients' brands and contribute to our agency's success.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of innovative and strategic creative concepts across all mediums, including print, digital, social media, and more.
* Drive the creative vision for campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand strategies.
* Collaborate with your creative partner, designers, and strategists to create impactful, cohesive campaigns that align with client goals and brand strategies.
* Present creative concepts to clients, effectively articulating the vision, strategy, and impact of the work.
* Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional, high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into the creative process to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in an Art Director or similar role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.
* An outstanding portfolio showcasing a range of career-defining work that highlights your expertise in art direction, concept development, and execution.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and pitch creative concepts clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities without compromising on quality.
* A commitment to excellence, reflected in polished, high-quality work.
* Ability to deliver smart, impactful ideas that are as effective as they are innovative, applying intersectional creativity to harness diverse perspectives.
* A dedication to fostering a collaborative, human-centered environment that respects responsibility toward clients and peers.
