Our work is known for its craftsmanship, attention to detail, and strong client relationships.We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take ownership of project delivery and provide strong leadership across our site, workshop, and project coordination teams.This role suits a decisive leader who takes ownership of delivery and is trusted to manage projects independently.As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all live projects, from contract handover through to completion.You will manage our Project Coordinator and Project Administrator Team, lead site delivery teams, and oversee the critical interface between estimating, workshop production, and installation.This is a senior role with genuine authority, where your experience and judgement will be trusted.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial fitout and joinery projectsProvide direction and leadership to the Project Coordinators and Project AdministratorsOversee site delivery teams and installation worksEnsure estimator handovers are clear, accurate, and buildableProactively manage program, quality, and delivery risksResolve issues early and decisivelyMaintain project margins, timelines, and client outcomesAct as the primary escalation point for delivery-related mattersContribute to continuous improvement across systems and processesYou Will Bring To The Role:Strong experience in commercial construction, fitout, and/or joineryA proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projectsConfidence in making decisions and taking ownership of outcomesStrong site presence and respect from tradesExperience operating at a senior level and looking for greater trust, autonomy, and impactWe Offer:A senior leadership role with real influenceA supportive, values-driven company cultureCompetitive salary package aligned to experienceOpportunity to shape and improve how projects are deliveredLong-term career opportunity within a growing national businessYour application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have in the construction industry?
