About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and learning resources to deliver impactful projects and initiatives. As a key member of our Digital team, you will be responsible for assessing change impacts, developing and coordinating business readiness and change plans, and providing business readiness updates through reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain change roadmaps, partnering with stakeholders to transition and embed changes
* Deliver communications, stakeholder engagement, and learning resources
* Assess change impacts, develop and coordinate business readiness and change plans for projects and initiatives
Requirements:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology/Business Management/Communications or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in change management
* Change management certification such as Prosci highly regarded
* Experience engaging stakeholders at all levels
* Experience working in project and agile environments
