Structural Formwork Foreman / Leading Hand Formwork Carpenter Job Summary We are currently are seeking experienced Structural Formwork Foremen and Senior Leading Hands for long-term, full-time opportunities with a highly regarded structural concrete contractor delivering complex formwork and concrete packages across Melbourne’s western suburbs and the Geelong region. About the Role Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, we are recruiting 2–3 experienced professionals with a solid background in structural formwork and insitu concrete. We are also on the hunt for 3-5 formwork carpenters to assist with various projects located in Melbourne's Western Suburbs These roles will suit candidates who are confident leading crews onsite, coordinating formwork and concrete activities, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity. Projects include: Structural insitu concrete works Ground slabs and suspended slabs Basements and retention systems Large commercial and infrastructure projects Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate structural formwork operations Lead and mentor carpenters, formworkers and concreting crews Coordinate reinforcement placement and concrete pours Interpret structural drawings and set out works accurately Ensure safety, quality and program targets are met Liaise with site management and engineers as required About You Proven experience in structural formwork and concrete Foreman or Senior Leading Hand experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret structural drawings Safety-focused with a strong work ethic Civil operating tickets and WWC advantageous Carpentry / Formwork Qualification desired Willing to work across Melbourne’s west and Geelong regions What’s On Offer Foreman: $55–$65 per hour car / fuel allowance laptop Senior Leading Hand: $50–$58 per hour Secure full-time positions for the right candidates Long-term work with a strong and stable project pipeline Opportunity to build a career with a reputable contractor Projects based in Melbourne Western Suburbs & Geelong How to Apply Apply now for a confidential discussion.
