* Design and build workflows, business-process automation (BPA), document templates, document-views (DocViews/DocOne style) – structured, audit-ready, scalable.
* Work with stakeholders (council officers, regulatory teams, project managers) to map real-world processes to system workflows, highlight risk points, define controls, embed compliance gates.
* Manage data-migrations, user-acceptance testing (UAT), reporting and compliance data integrity to ensure accurate record-keeping & audit trails.
* Provide client-facing consulting: workshops, configuration sessions, training, support, and ongoing advisory on compliance best practice – including change-management and upskilling council staff.
* Review, audit and document compliance processes – incorporate improvements and help councils stay ahead of regulatory changes and compliance obligations.
Qualifications

* Willingness to travel to client sites or office for workshops, training and upskilling – especially during initial configs or major rollouts.
* Mindset for continuous improvement: spotting inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and proposing practical, scalable solutions.
