Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front desk reception, phone & email enquiries
* Greet and direct visitors and contractors
* Oversee office and factory supply management
* Accurately enter data for delivery dockets, purchase orders, and supplier invoices
* Maintain & update internal databases and spreadsheets
* Processing customer credit and debit requests
* Setting up and manage customer accounts and records
* Assisting in running reports and collating data
* Providing prompt and efficient responses to client queries or concerns

About You:
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
* Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and versatility in your work
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Able to remain organised and focused when managing multiple deadlines
* High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Knowledge of the Pronto system (highly regarded, but not essential)
* Clear and fluent English communication
