The Role
As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in accurate month‑end reporting, performance analysis, and business partnering across the venues. This position sits within the Management Accounting team and supports stakeholders across finance, operations, and venue leadership.
This Management Accountant position is a key role within the Management Accounting team. You will support the delivery of accurate monthly reporting, analyse venue performance, and partner with stakeholders to drive commercial decision‑making across the business.
Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly venue P&Ls
* Review and reconcile F&B sales and COGS
* Analyse labour costs and operating expenses
* Prepare accruals and investigate variances
* Review weekly P&Ls against budget
* Identify favourable/unfavourable variances and trends
* Build strong relationships with venue teams and department heads
* Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
* Investigate and resolve reconciling items
* Contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

* Strong numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders
* Able to manage deadlines and competing priorities
* High integrity, reliability, and a team‑focused mindset
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance
* Part CA/CPA preferred
* 3+ years' experience in a large or mid‑tier firm or similar industry role
* Confident with accounting systems and intermediate Excel skills
