To support our growth and service our valued clients across the region, we are seeking a Territory Manager to be based out of our office and oversee our Mobile Speed Camera program in NSW.
This full-time position requires working from our office 5 days per week, with occasional regional visits. The role combines leadership, recruitment, operational oversight, stakeholder engagement, and compliance management to drive program success and support our mission of improving road safety in NSW.
* Lead and develop a team of mobile speed camera operators to deliver safe and effective enforcement operations.
* Oversight daily program delivery to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards.
* Drive operational improvements, innovation, and efficiency to strengthen program outcomes.
* Manage staffing, rostering, budgets, and resources to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to support program success.
* Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within the operations team.
You are an experienced operational leader with a background in service delivery within high-compliance environments.
With over 10 years of frontline leadership experience, you are skilled at managing teams, resources, and budgets while maintaining safety and service standards.
A valid Australian driver's license is a requirement for this role.
