The Position:
This Finance Business Analyst role sits within the Corporate Services function, reporting directly to the Project Manager. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, supporting ERP finance systems, and ensuring processes are clearly documented, aligned with business objectives, and continuously improved.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role suited to someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business process, ERP systems, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Analyse business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to solution design.
Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria; participate in UAT to ensure quality delivery.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating workshops, meetings, and clear communication.
Support post-deployment issue triage and provide ongoing solution support as required.
Ensure ERP finance solutions align with internal controls, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
Experience and Competencies:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within ERP finance implementations.
Strong understanding of core finance processes and accounting principles.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable but not essential).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
