The Applications Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are running smoothly and efficiently, working closely with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve issues.The role provides technical Level 2 and Level 3 support and leadership to Service Desk engineers and onsite IT Support officers, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness to meet service level targets.
