The Technical Services Administration Manager will be responsible for: Administration of procurement tasks for software, hardware and technical services. Maintain vendor relationships with multiple 3rd party suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services. Co-ordinate and manage approval processes through the CIO office. Review incoming invoices and support internal stakeholders in budget and contract management. Tracking and reporting the expenditure of health systems. Provide organisational and administration support for committees, boards and other bodies. Creating, reviewing and maintaining relevant documentation. Support system administrator functions. Managing other small projects to achieve business objectives. Undertaking other duties appropriate to this level of classification which contribute to the operations of the Division.
