Position: Part-Time Dental Assistant
Location: Comfort Dental Gympie, QLD
Hours: Part-time,
- Monday, Wednesday: 8.45 am - 5.45 pm
- Thursday: 8.00am - 4.00pm
- Friday: 10.00am - 2.00pm
Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control guidelines
- Maintain accurate patient records and update charts as needed
- Perform chairside assisting duties efficiently and with precision
- Provide support with receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments, answering phones and taking payments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental setting is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the dental field
