New Graduate Program in Physiotherapy covering Musculoskeletal, Sports, Women's Health, Paediatric Physio at WA Health Group.
Full‐time (part‐time available). Location: Canning Vale, Western Australia 6155.
Responsibilities
* Develop quick rapport with clients and build strong therapeutic relationships.
* Apply a client‐centric biopsychosocial approach to consultations and follow‐up care using the clinical translational framework.
* Use health coaching principles to motivate and manage client care.
* Build a personal brand and promote services within the health group and local community.
* Deliver group exercise classes such as clinical Pilates, GLAD and functional strength.
Qualifications
* Confidence in communication and building rapport.
* Understanding of a client‐centric biopsychosocial model in practice.
* Interest in niche area of community physiotherapy or pursuit of a Masters in the future.
* Willingness to engage in professional development and mentoring.
