Role Summary
Suitable applicants will assist teaching staff in the delivery of planned education programs and in promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide feedback on education and therapy programs and participate in the evaluation process related to student progress.
* Assist with the general health and well‑being of students.
* Support the delivery of high‑quality teaching and learning in all classrooms.
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, students and parents.
Qualifications and Desired Experience
* Experience in the Reading Tutor Program – Multilit or other small‑group intervention programs is highly desirable.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Evidence‑based knowledge of techniques for learning and behaviour.
* Capacity to work collaboratively and implement documented plans.
Eligibility
* Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa with relevant work rights.
* Valid Working With Children Check prior to commencement.
* Clearance Number from the Department of Education's Screening Unit.
