Job Description
* Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising roles and screening applications.
* Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
* Provide timely updates to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
* Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
* Collaborate with team members to implement recruitment strategies tailored to the not-for-profit sector.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant legislation.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
* A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
