Senior Business Systems Analyst
This role is responsible for business analysis activities to identify, define and convert business requirements into strategic system designs for large ERP systems.
Key responsibilities include:
* Business Analysis and Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into system specifications and business cases.
* Project Management and Technical Leadership: Manage significant IT projects, ensure adherence to policies and change management processes, and provide senior technical advice, mentoring, and escalation support for complex issues.
* Design, Testing, and Change Management: Prepare high-level design documentation, support testing activities, and assist with training and change management to ensure successful adoption of system or process changes.
* Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement: Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, promote continuous improvement activities, and maintain expert knowledge of business processes and systems to enhance service delivery.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and IT project management, with experience working within an agile development environment and with software development lifecycle methodologies.
