Our client is a proven and hugely successful builder having delivered a vast number of projects throughout their trading history in Adelaide to time and standard. Cultivating a reputation for quality, this builder strives to achieve client satisfaction time after time. Project scope is diverse and has typically included apartment, industrial, & commercial projects valued between $5m - $25m.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
* Progress claim assistance and external variations
* Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
* Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
* Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
* Administer the project HSE system
Qualifications
* Strong and proven track record on commercial construction projects.
* Tertiary qualified in construction related degree.
* Strong work ethic and want to be apart of a successful team.
