The Position
* Design and deliver engaging training sessions on product knowledge, service excellence, and retail systems.
* Develop and deliver training programs for retail and wholesale teams.
* Facilitate onboarding, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
* Coach and mentor store teams through regular visits and floor-based training.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business priorities.
* Measure training impact using KPIs and performance metrics.
About you
* Experience in training or retail operations within premium/luxury retail.
* Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and adaptability.
* Passion for people development and commercial success.
* Flexibility to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.
