What you'll be doing
Provide contemporary comprehensive specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology services for optimal patient outcomes. Provide and support training to clinicians across multiple disciplines to achieve quality education and safe clinical practice.
This is a Category A position. Recommended applicants will be reviewed for compliance with NSW Health policy directive for Category A positions prior to offer.

* Registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, and/or overseas trained specialist pathways.
* Demonstrated recent clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the role delineation of the service.
* Demonstrated commitment to delivering holistic women's healthcare, supporting individual women's sexual reproductive health rights.
* Availability to participate in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Consultant on-call roster providing both Obstetrics and Gynaecology care and to respond on site within a reasonable time.
* Demonstrated commitment to teaching and continuing education, research, and quality improvement.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership of a team.
* Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
* Current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to travel throughout the LHD as required.
