We are seeking a passionate Trainer and Assessor - SEE to join our established and respected organisation in Mandurah. You'll be part of a well-established employment and training provider delivering services across Mandurah and other locations.
Role Overview
As a Trainer and Assessor: SEE, you will engage and empower community members, existing workers, and unemployed individuals by supporting them to upskill, reskill, secure, and maintain employment or progress to further education and training.
Key Responsibilities
* Motivate and guide participants through quality assessment and training in language, literacy, numeracy, digital literacy, and competency-based skills.
* Provide employment-related assistance to help participants achieve their goals.
Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have exceptional assessment and training skills, with the ability to incorporate diverse teaching strategies and a strong commitment to supporting people in upskilling and participating fully in society and employment.
Requirements
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or equivalent) or a higher qualification in adult education.
* A specialist adult Language Literacy and Numeracy qualification or TESOL qualification.
* Demonstrated expertise in delivery and assessment of foundation skills, using the ACSF or equivalent.
