**About the role**
The construction team is based at our head office in Bellevue and will be required to travel to multiple client sites to deliver new tank construction and/or lifecycle services. This position will be offered on a casual basis, reporting to our Operations Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Delivery of new tank construction, refurbishment and replacement projects - meeting specification and client requirements;
- Construction tasks inclusive of site preparations, handling tank panels, operating jacks, bolting and taping, installing tank liners, fittings, accessories and fixing roofing and flashings.
- Monitor and resolve project issues and perform actions as directed by the Construction Site Supervisor/ Project Manager;
- Project a professional company image while representing Pioneer Water Tanks on site;
- Comply with all relevant health and safety requirements on site and look out for the safety of the Construction team;
- Proactively share information and process knowledge across the team.
**Skills and experience**
- Attainment of relevant tickets and licences (e.g. working at heights, confined spaces, forklift, EWP, scaffolding etc)
- Strong customer service skills;
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for tank installations;
- Desire to take initiative and work as part of a team;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Previous experience in tank installation, or similar sheds or silos will be highly regarded.
