Job Description

We offer a fee-only, client-first model with low advisor-to-client ratios, giving you the space to deliver truly impactful advice.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage client relationships.
* Conduct progressive client reviews and develop tailored financial strategies.
* Produce complex strategy advice documents with support from a +20-person team.
* Oversee investment analysis, portfolio construction, and management.
* Advise on wealth accumulation, estate planning, tax minimisation, and asset protection.
* Collaborate across divisions to project manage clients' financial lives.
* Contribute to business development and networking initiatives.
Qualifications
* A degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in financial planning or advice.
* A passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
* Strong client service orientation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Xplan.
