Job Opportunity
The position of Customer Service Officer involves delivering exceptional customer service to all patrons, both in person and via telephone. Employees will apply sound cash handling principles and utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems.
* Patrons will be provided with information regarding memberships and sales associates will promote the sale of memberships when a person joins or renews.
* Employees will promote the centre's services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolments.
* Developing and maintaining good working relationships with patrons is essential.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills are required as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Relevant experience and certifications are desirable but not essential.
