Role Description
Joii is seeking a dynamic and empathetic Human Resources Officer for a part-time position based at our Underwood, QLD location. As an on-site HR Officer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with employee relations, recruitment processes, and onboarding new employees. You will manage HR policies, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and address employee inquiries and concerns. Ensuring workplace culture alignment and providing support for staff development and engagement will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including conflict resolution and active listening
* Experience in HR policies creation, employee relations management, and compliance with labor laws
* Recruitment experience, including job postings, candidate evaluation, and onboarding
* Administrative and organizational skills for managing employee records, payroll, and performance documentation
* Proficiency with HR software and tools, as well as general computer literacy
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and diverse workplace
* Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Experience in social impact organizations or non-profits is an added advantage
