The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Plant Mechanic to join our team in the Hunter Valley region. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing skilful and efficient maintenance and repair of Komatsu customer equipment.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of equipment with the support of a global OEM. You will have the ability to contribute to a professional team environment by ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency through your efforts.
Roster: Lifestyle 5/4/4/5 Mix of day and nightshift
Location: Mount Thorley and surrounding region
Remuneration: Base rate + Super + Site Allowances + Overtime (which is paid at double-time). We also provide a fully maintained Ute plus a Phone and Laptop to support you in this role as well as laundered uniforms.

Requirements:
1. Mobile Plant Mechanic Trade Certificate (Cert 3 Mobile Plant) complimented by your mechanical fitter qualification
2. Original Equipment Manufacturer experience preferably with Komatsu equipment and field service exposure including breakdowns and diagnostics
3. A minimum of C class Licence
4. Auto Electrical experience qualifications and diagnostic skills are desirable
5. Working at heights qualification would be great but not crucial
6. Safety focused mindset is paramount
7. Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
8. Ability to work unsupervised
9. A proven high level of customer service
