Role focus
As a Senior Product Manager, you will contribute to the strategic development and drive the execution of our digital commerce experience. You’ll cultivate a product-led setting with a foundation of Product Management principles to drive systematic problem-solving and delivery across teams. You will lead cross-functional engineering, design, and data teams to deliver innovative, scalable products that optimize the eCommerce experience, drive innovation, and support sustained growth.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning : Provide input to strategic goals, guide roadmap planning for the Platform squad, identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure smooth timelines.
- Leadership & Collaboration : Act as a Product leader and mentor; align stakeholders from engineering to business teams on goals and execution.
- Execution & Delivery : Lead initiatives from concept to deployment, using data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement; deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Nice to have
- Experience with e-commerce and subscription platforms like Shopify and Recharge.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and customer behavior analytics platforms.
- Hands-on experience with BI and campaign performance tools like Looker, Triple Whale, and GA4.
- Proficiency with collaboration and roadmapping tools like Jira Product Management.
