Job Opportunity: Executive Leader
This executive leader role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company's construction-related operations, financial and investment activities, and corporate governance obligations.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage all operational functions across construction, finance, and investment areas to achieve business objectives
2. Oversee project delivery, construction workflows, contractor management, and operational performance to ensure efficient execution
3. Manage the company's investment structures and processes in line with regulatory requirements and AFSL obligations
4. Develop and implement financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting strategies across all business units
5. Ensure compliance with corporate governance, ASIC, AFSL, WHS, and risk-management regulations
6. Implement improved systems, controls, and reporting frameworks that support scalability and accountability
7. Built high-performing teams across construction, finance, and administrative divisions through effective leadership and mentorship
8. Collaborate closely with Directors/Board to ensure strategic alignment and transparent communication
9. Identify and execute growth opportunities in construction, project finance, and investment activities to drive business expansion
