**Key Accountabilities**
- Perform liaison, coordination and organisational tasks in support of a senior executive including but not limited to:
- Calendar management
- Room bookings
- Preparation of agenda's & paper's
- Management of shared inbox's
- Coordination of meeting preparation across the Executive
- Registration of correspondence
- Research and collate information
- Respond to enquiries and requests for assistance
- Liaising with other staff on matters relating to the organisation's operations
- Maintaining confidential files and documents
- Travel arrangements
