About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Lead Multi-Site Operations: Ensure seamless operations and consistent excellence across all services.
* Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards, manage compliance, and deliver exceptional results.
* Expand Our Presence: Successfully open new schools, playing a key role in growing our network across QLD.
* Develop & Empower Teams: Mentor and empower your leadership team, set clear performance expectations, and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
* Manage Finances & Risks: Oversee budgets, control labour spending, and proactively manage operational risks.
* Engage Stakeholders: Build and nurture strong relationships with schools, internal departments, and community partners.
The Ideal Candidate
You have a strong track record managing multi-site operations in the OSHC sector and understand its unique challenges. You are a natural mentor, passionate about developing teams, and have proven experience in scaling operations and forging strong partnerships with schools.
