We seek a Director of Business Operations to lead our financial and commercial operations with strategic vision, governance expertise and a deep commitment to educational excellence.
This senior executive leadership role will work closely with the Principal, Executive Leadership team and Board of Directors to shape the College's financial future and operational success. Reporting to the Principal, you'll oversee financial, commercial and facilities operations.
You'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring sound governance practices and driving strategic growth while collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team to implement the Strategic Intent and Annual Operating Plan. Your financial leadership and strategic planning expertise will secure resources for new facilities and deliver world-class educational environments.

* Company secretarial support and corporate governance leadership
* Strategic financial planning, budgeting and capital works management
* Executive oversight of accounting, payroll, taxation and audit processes
* Leadership of facilities, infrastructure and commercial operations teams

You're an accomplished finance and governance professional with proven ability to lead complex business operations in an educational or similar environment. You understand diverse stakeholder relationships while maintaining operational excellence and financial sustainability.
