The Role: As a Construction or Litigation Solicitor in this team, you will:
Work on major multi-million-dollar construction and infrastructure matters, including arbitrations and adjudications.
Advise clients on complex construction disputes and contractual issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documentation.
Contribute to business development initiatives, including presenting seminars and promoting the firm.
Mentor junior lawyers and collaborate closely with senior team members.
