Your Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Territory Manager to join our Selleys Retail Sales team due to an internal promotion.
You will report directly to the State Sales Manager and manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, supporting our Bunnings and independent hardware channels.
This role involves working across a key territory (Northern Beaches) with a focus on achieving ongoing commercial growth, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service to add value to your customers.
In this autonomous position, you will primarily be on the road visiting customers to gain sales and influence buying habits in your territory.
When not on the road, you will call customers and plan for the day ahead, booking meetings and developing growth plans for your territory.
With health and safety as a top priority, your days will involve training staff, merchandising while focusing on sales budgets, and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
This role offers variety and challenge, allowing you to continually learn and grow your knowledge and skills.
