The Role
The Implementation & Activation Director is a critical role, with overall responsibility for the direction, workflow, and quality of Implementation Planning and Activation for the client team. As a leader you are responsible for supervising team workflow to ensure client demands are met, team workloads are balanced and ensuring a high level of effective collaboration between team members and key stakeholders. You provide thought leadership and drive key senior client and publisher engagement, producing best-in-class solutions, offering unparalleled service and delivery.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
* Offer expert perspectives and POVs on recent market trends or developments, ensuring they're shared with key stakeholders regularly.
* Provide innovative strategic insights by acting as an expert on the client's business, industry and competitors.
* Lead the construction and presentation of effective and future facing Implementation plans and negotiation strategies that are grounded in strategic priorities and data-led optimisation recommendations.
* Exceptional knowledge of the media landscape, able to confidently articulate and train others on core media principles and the how each media touchpoint can fuel growth for clients.
* Motivate and empower team to achieve individual, team and organisational goals.
* Foster knowledge sharing, and continuous learning around point of views, trends, and relevant skills to continue nurturing a high-performing team.
* Build the agency's reputation by contributing to entries for awards and competitions and by contributing to industry thought leadership.
* Actively contribute to new business development and pitching when required.
