Graduate Program: Foundations
We are seeking an enthusiastic and determined graduate to join our team as a Graduate Site Engineer. Our program, 'Foundations', has been designed to bridge the gap between formal education and the workforce, providing a clear and supportive path for your professional development and long-term success at Specsolutions.
Throughout the program, you will develop foundational career skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, innovation, and team building. You will work closely with our experienced professionals, gaining practical exposure to the construction industry, performance plans designed for growth, and access to business leaders for mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gain an in-depth understanding of the core elements required for delivery by exploring multiple functions of the projects you work on.
* Work as part of a team to ensure all work is delivered in accordance with quality, time, production, safety, and environmental objectives of the project.
* Learn about drawings, specifications, and workplace health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) requirements for all site-related activities.
* Maintain a daily diary outlining details of site meetings, discussions, works performed, and inspections.
* Actively participate in training initiatives and skill development programs.
Your Success Profile:
We are looking for a graduate who is ready to take the first leap in their professional career. You will be a team player with strong decision-making, communication, and creative thinking skills, and the drive to experience real hands-on work in the field.
To qualify for this position, you must have completed a Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering or Bachelor of Construction Management (or graduating in 2025 or mid-2026). Candidates will require their own transport to project sites.
Our Recruitment Process:

3. June to July 2025 - Formal offers to join Specsolutions' graduate program in 2026
