About the Role
As an Administration Officer, you will provide quality customer service to patients, employees and members of the public, ensuring a respectful and helpful response to all face‑to‑face and telephone enquiries. You will complete a range of operational, clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the facility, and provide assistance with more complex tasks or projects. You will also support the manager and team with quality improvement activities, making decisions and taking initiative in day‑to‑day operational matters while working under general instruction and broad supervision.
