Job Description:
The site accountant plays a crucial role in the financial management of allocated sites. Key responsibilities include ensuring revenue and costs are accurately recorded, completing billing processes efficiently, and conducting regular financial reviews with site managers.
Additional duties involve preparing and reviewing weekly and monthly reporting for allocated sites, generating weekly and monthly profit-loss reporting, conducting weekly and monthly financial performance reviews with site managers, undertaking financial analysis and variance reporting, and assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to take ownership of all accounting activities on our Western Australian site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Suitable candidates may have a background in waste, industrial manufacturing, logistics or similar and have tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
A CA or CPA qualification is mandatory, along with previous experience in Management Accounting or as a Financial Analyst in a large or complex business.
