THE ROLE
Join our team as a Formwork Carpenter, bringing your civil construction experience, proven formwork capability, strong safety and teamwork standards to help deliver major infrastructure projects with accuracy, reliability, and professionalism.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Bring proven civil construction experience and a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
* Apply demonstrated formwork skills on major civil infrastructure projects.
* Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints with accuracy.
* Set out, install, align and dismantle formwork systems efficiently and to specification.
* Communicate effectively and contribute positively within small teams.
* Work self‑motivated, safely, and reliably in a fast‑paced construction environment.
ABOUT YOU
* Hold a valid White Card and current driver’s licence.
* Sound understanding of formwork systems including Meva, PERI and RMD
* Able to operate EWPs and work safely at heights
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
* Actively promotes and contributes to a safe working environment
