About the Roles
We've teamed up with multiple clients who need your amazing skills in both hospital and community settings. Whether you fancy the hustle and bustle of a regional hub or the peace and quiet of a remote rural community, we've got a spot with your name on it! And yes, we've got roles across both Queensland and the Northern Territory, so you can choose your own adventure.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care and medication management.
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
* Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on the safe and effective use of medications.
* Participate in health promotion and education activities within the community or hospital setting.
* Support and mentor junior pharmacists, interns, and other healthcare staff as required.
Essential Criteria
* Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
* Minimum of 1 year of post-internship experience in either a hospital or community pharmacy setting.
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Willingness to adapt to different working environments and community needs.
* Further compliance required across different health services.
