**Experienced with Spinal Cord Injuries?**
**HEALTHCARE AUSTRALIA need you**
As a highly skilled, highly experienced support worker you will be an expert in supporting someone with spinal cord injuries.
You will know how to attend to all their personal care needs, including bladder and bowel care management.
You would be a veteran with transferring them in and out of their bed and to his wheelchair, as well as transporting them to their appointments and social activities with ease.
Full availability is always desirable. Having dedicated Support staff is important to people with a complex disability.
Basic wound care and self-medication are part of this position as is meal preparation and some general household duties.
**So.**
Having worked in the industry, you would already have a Police Check and an NDIS Worker Screening Card (Paid), along with a Paid Working with Children's Check (WWCC) and Police Check.
You would have also worked in the industry for over 12 months
Have a Qualification relating to Support Work?
Hold a Current First aid and CPR Certificate
A valid driver's Licence, access to a vehicle with comprehensive insurance and be prepared to use it to transport our customers to their appointments and social activities
